Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (India)
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹2,999.
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Express delivery takes 1–2 business days and is calculated dynamically at checkout based on your pincode.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment studio, you will receive an SMS and email notification with an end-to-end live tracking link.
Return Policy
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We want you to love your pieces. If the fit isn't right, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our team at serenexshop@gmail.com with your Order ID.
2. We will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup via our logistics partners.
3. Once inspected at our studio (1–2 days), your replacement or refund is processed immediately.
Refund Timelines
• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are transferred via direct Bank Transfer / UPI upon verification.
